- Golden Goose Recruitment are searching for a chef to cover at a property in Saint Laurent Nouans either 1 day per week from now until end of August or 2 consecutive days in a fortnight with accommodation provided, to cover the chef who works for the family’s day’s off.
You will be cooking delicious, fresh seasonal dishes for an UHNW family of 3/4 adults, 1 child and 2 staff members each day with no major dietary requirements. You will be providing a three-course lunch, an afternoon snack such as a fruit plate followed by starter, main and cheese for the evening.
As this is a cover position, the dates can be flexible to cover the main chef when on leave. The pay is flexible depending on experience and travel to and from the villa will paid.
