- The season is nearly upon us, Golden Goose Recruitment are searching for Chalet managers for some of the most lucrative and luxurious chalet companies in the world, this is an opportunity to spend your winter up in the French, Swiss or Austrian alps. The positions will suit someone who has previously done a similar role as a villa manger, chief stewardess or has previous experience as a chalet manager or resort manager in a winter resort.
Being able to lead and inspire a team is paramount to the successful applicant as you will be running the day to day working schedule and life of each chalet, supplying support and knowledge to your team whilst ensuring that the guests are having a once in a lifetime experience on their holiday in the alps.
For a successful applicant you need to have superb organisational skills and a high level of communication in English, all other languages are a great bonus. Punctuality and being able to problem solve, to enable you to cater for guest’s requirements and needs, while ensuring the chalet is running to a 5–6-star standard is paramount. To be considered for this role, applicants with previous experience in the mountains will have an advantage because of their understanding of the fast paced and ever-changing seasons that can unfold with the drop of a hat. We are searching for someone passionate who wants to enjoy the season in some of the luxury chalets and premier resorts across Europe and wants to use their skills and experience to lead a fantastic team to make it a great season this winter.
If you have worked several seasons as a hostess or a chef and want to make the jump into management, your application will be considered based on your work experience over summers and winters.
